Refund Policy
Cancellations:

48+ hours notice: Full refund.

24 - 48 hours notice: 50% refund.

Less than 24 hours notice: No refund.
Any other refunds will only be granted under specific circumstances. For example:

A customer has been charged twice by mistake.

A customer purchased a service by mistake and contacts us for a refund within 24 hours of making the booking.
Refunds will be processed as quickly as possible once they have been approved and no later than two weeks after approval. This does not include any additonal time it may take for your individual bank to process the refund. Monies will be returned to the original method of payment only.
